Brandon Morse is a sophomore majoring in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Chapman University. He is currently researching molecular chaperones and protein kinases with Dr. Verkhiver. Brandon is also on the board of committee of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars at Chapman. He is currently serving as the VP of finance in this national honor society.
Brandon has a profound desire to learn and study science. He is interested in learning the tools and applications in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. His goal is to search for future applications using the foundations that were learned in his science courses. He plans to attend medical school in order to ultimately become an Anesthesiologist.
Brandon is also currently fundraising for the Global Medial Brigade organization at Chapman. This summer, he is planning to attend a brigade in Honduras to provide aid so that the community can become self-sustaining. Aside from academics, Brandon enjoys playing the saxophone, hiking, and playing baseball.
